The Samsung Exhibit II 4G is T-Mobile’s first no-contract 4G phone

The Samsung Exhibit II 4G will be available off-contract at Walmart stores starting tomorrow

The Samsung Exhibit II 4G is the first 4G Android phone to be available off-contract on T-Mobile.

The Samsung Exhibit II 4G will be avaialble in Walmart stores starting tomorrow, October 27th for 9.99 contract-free or .99 on-contract with a mail-in rebate. A full-retail rollout begins on November 2nd.

All-in-all, it’s a pretty decent deal when you consider that you’re getting HSPA+ “4G” speeds with a 3.7-inch WVGA display, 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, a 3 megapixel rear cam and a front-facing cam and Android 2.3 Gingerbread on board.

If you recall, the original Samsung Exhibit 4G came out only a few months ago, but was quicky lost in an sea of bigger and better Android phones.

Aiming to carve out a niche in the mid-range budget market this time around seems like it will be a much more effective strategy.
